The home is where we peacefully reside to escape from the daily hustle and bustle of life, and ultimately rest, relax and regenerate to enjoy all that has been richly given to us.
Home Reliability is about envisioning a future where the homeowner can confidently say that “all is well with my house”. It is about enjoying your homestead and living worry-free in a house that is:
- Attractive, looks good in the neighborhood, and has a well-valued curb appeal,
- Safe and comfortable and compliant with local building codes and standards,
- Routinely monitored and diagnosed for integrity issues and age-related challenges,
- Affordably managed and well-maintained, with access to professional resources.
Home Reliability aims to predict house issues, find root causes, technically address them, and manage projects that reduce costly homeowner repairs.
We want to care about your home just like it’s our own.
Our partnership with the homeowner begins with consultation to better understand your vision and perspectives, and to manage your expectations of the capabilities of ARTS Inc. Home Reliability. Thereafter, we will historically research neighborhood builder(s), schedule to examine the house, assess the findings, triage critical issues, prioritize what matters most, and estimate the budgetary costs for restorations.
The ARTS Inc. Home Reliability and Integrity Diagnostics® of the exterior and interior identifies potential deficiencies to the house foundation, footings, retaining wall, framed structures, brick or stone siding exterior, roof, gutters, attics, front canopy, porch, windows, doors, mechanical and plumbing systems, electrical, lighting, utilities service equipment, HVAC, air ducts, driveway, carport, storage closets, bathrooms, kitchen, hallways, bedrooms, living room, dining, stairways, lofts, lawns and street curbs.

The homeowner may request air quality lab analyses to detect and identify high levels of interior house molds and/or bacteria for a standard price of $150 for the first sample/swab and a control, and $75 for each additional sample/swab. Consultation with professional mold remediation services may be recommended based on lab results.
The final phase includes a homeowner agreement on the total scope of work, and on budgetary cost estimates of an ARTS Inc Home Restoration Project, which may include professional services to restore the:
- Property appearance, landscape, lawns, drives, walks
- House exterior, house foundation and structure
- House interiors
- Utilities services (Power, water, sewage)
- Electrical system
- Mechanical, HVAC and plumbing systems
- Outdoor patios, decks and fencing
- Equipment and appliances
